I got this. Why? Because I can do hard thing. That's what the Turkey Trot taught me. That's what I am grateful for - believing in myself. Never underestimate what you are capable of.
The Inheritance of Loss - so far an interesting read that makes you grateful for what you have and where you live.
Lately:
The Shack: A must read tale on the transending power of forgivness and letting go
The Help: The story of a small southern town and their struggles of integration. Ok story, but pales in comparision to The Known World in capturing the spirit of the people.
The Lost Symbol - A great who done it mystry with a few less than desirable sub plots that leave you hangin' if ya know what I mean.
We Were the Mulvany's - great book about what tragedy can do to a family and how they then inhabit their space.
Sarah's Key - Fantasic book about the French involvement of the extermination of jews in WWII
Broken Open - A must read for anyone ready to do some self evaluation
The House at Sugar Beach - She really glazes over the emotional parts and focuses on the mundane. For that, I didn't become vested in what she was writing.
Peoney in Love - A lot like The Lovely Bones by Alice Seabold. Fasinating look at Ancient Chineese Traditions.

Good job. Was it a mile race? That's not such a good time for only a mile, but good job trying anyway.
